1. 內容物:
   1. G-EIGHT X 九日限量聯名T-Shirt*1件（T-Shirt 僅提供單一 XL 尺寸。衣長：76 cm、胸寬：58 cm、肩寬：53 cm、袖長：24 cm。尺寸為平放丈量，容許範圍 ±2–3 cm 誤差皆屬正常。若對尺寸有疑慮，建議下單前先行確認。）
   2. 單日入場券*1張
2. 購買「G-EIGHT X 九日T-SHIRT」後，KKTIX將提供一張「單日入場券」作為入場使用。
3. 取貨方式：
   1. 請於展覽期間持單日入場券入場後，至 G-EIGHT 現場「官方商店」告知工作人員訂單資訊（如姓名、電話、e-mail）供現場核對，領取商品；發票於領貨時同步提供。

2. 購買終身入場資格「爹！」後，主辦單位將贈予一張「單日入場券」做為第一次入場使用，領取終身證後可憑該證於展期間自由進出。

3. 取貨方式：

   1. 請於展覽期間持票入場後，至 G-EIGHT 現場「官方商店」告知工作人員訂單資訊（如姓名、電話、e-mail）供現場核對，領取商品以及終身證；發票於領貨時同步提供。

►「單日入場券」使用須知◄

1. 單日入場券將依照訂單順序發送兌票邀請碼至您的訂購信箱，信件主旨為：［KKTIX］活動 「2025 G-EIGHT 遊戲展」寄來邀請碼，請留意信箱收件，若無收到信件請同步檢查『垃圾郵件匣』。

2. 為確保您的權益，強烈建議不要使用Yahoo或Hotmail郵件信箱，以免因擋信、漏信，甚至被視為垃圾郵件而無法收到信件。

3. 如至12/01(一)中午12:00仍未收到信件者，請來信KKTIX劃位客服(leu@capsuleinc.co)查詢處理。

4. 每個兌票邀請碼可免費兌換單日票乙張，邀請碼不得重複使用。

5. 票券視同有價證券，請妥善保存，如發生遺失、破損、燒毀或無法辨識等情況，恕不補發，需現場另行購票入場。

6. 任意塗改、影印或套印、掃描複製票券，均屬無效票。

7. 兌票邀請碼如逾期未使用視同作廢，不支持換票、換貨或退款。

►退票規定◄

1. 線上購票：本活動委由 KKTIX 代為處理退票退款事宜，退票時將酌收 10% 手續費。

2. 現場購票：退票及退款事宜由 CAPSULE 代為處理，退票時將酌收 10% 手續費後，以現金退還。

3. 消費者可請求退票時間為展覽結束前，展覽結束隔天起即不接受退票。電子票以 KKTIX 收到退票要求之紀錄時間為準。

4. 活動票券視為有價證券，請妥善保管。如發生損失、破壞、毀損或無法辨識等狀況，視為無效票券，恕不補發或退換票券。

►入場須知◄ 

1. 入場時間：於 2025年12月12日- 2025年12月14日 每日11:00開始入場，活動期間均可自由進出。每日最後售票時間與入場時間為18:00。

2. 票券規範：一人憑一票券入場，憑票於入口處核銷後入場，入場當日憑手章可重複進出。活動票券視為有價證券，請妥善保管。如發生損失、破損、毀損或無法辨識等狀況，視為無效票券，恕不補發或退換。

3. 防疫規定：為配合政府防疫措施，主辦單位得隨時調整相關規範，敬請參與活動的民眾配合。

4. 動物與車輛：除經主辦單位同意外，禁止攜帶動物或車輛進入展館。

5. 政治活動禁止：展場內嚴禁任何形式之政治活動，包括使用視聽設備播放政治資訊或發放政治傳單。違者主辦單位有權請其離場。

6. 危險物品禁入： 禁止攜帶易燃、易爆及其他危險物品或違禁品入場。如經發現，主辦單位有權強制移出，相關責任與衍生費用由參觀者自負。

7. 著裝建議： 建議參觀民眾著休閒輕便服裝入場。若服裝不當，主辦單位有權拒絕入場或請其離場。

8. 分級遊戲區規範： 分級遊戲區為 18 禁封閉展區。除經主辦單位認可之媒體及工作人員外，區域內嚴禁攝影或使用任何直播軟體。

9. 飲食須知：為維護現場觀展品質，請於指定區域飲食，並避免食用氣味過重之餐點。

►其他注意事項◄

1. 請遵守參觀秩序，避免發生推擠、踩踏等危險行為，並請勿攜帶危險物品。

2. 主辦單位僅規劃活動內容及遊戲展出，品牌與參觀者之間的交易請直接洽詢品牌；若發生任何糾紛，主辦單位概不負責。

3. 請勿透過非主辦單位正式授權之通路或網站購票，以免影響自身權益；若因此導致現場無法入場或其他問題，主辦單位概不負責。

4. 如因天災或其他不可抗力因素致活動取消，退票辦法將另行公告，詳情請參閱 G-EIGHT 官網或官方粉絲專頁。

5. 購票入場即代表同意主辦單位於活動期間拍攝肖像，並授權使用於電子媒體、網站、社群平台等所有與本活動相關之宣傳。

6. 購票者同意主辦單位得使用其個人資訊（姓名、電話、電子郵件等）寄發 G-EIGHT 活動訊息或用於其他行銷目的。

►Ticket Purchase Instructions◄   

• To avoid unnecessary disputes or loss of rights, please read these instructions carefully and agree to the terms before purchasing tickets. If you do not agree, please refrain from purchasing.

• Tickets are valid for one day and single entry only. Tickets that are torn or defaced will be considered invalid.

• A hand stamp is required for re-entry. With the stamp, re-entry is permitted on the same day.

• Tickets are considered valuable securities and are for single-person use only. Please keep them safe. Lost, damaged, destroyed, or illegible tickets will be deemed invalid, and no replacement or refund will be provided.

• Purchasing or refunding a ticket will be deemed as your full understanding and acceptance of all visitor instructions and refund policies announced by the organizer.

• The organizer reserves the right to modify event details without prior notice and has the authority to interpret or make decisions on all matters related to this event.

►“G-EIGHT X NINE SOLS T-SHIRT” Purchase Information◄

1. Contents:
   1. G-EIGHT X NINE SOLS Limited Edition T-Shirt *1 (T-Shirt is available in one size only: XL. Length: 76 cm / Chest: 58 cm / Shoulder: 53 cm / Sleeve: 24 cm. Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat; a size variance of ±2–3 cm is within the normal range. Please confirm your size before placing an order if you have any concerns.)

2. Upon purchasing the “G-EIGHT X NINE SOLS T-SHIRT”, KKTIX will issue a One-Day Pass QR code for event entry.

3. Pick-up Instructions:

   1. During the exhibition, please enter with your One-Day Pass and present the product pick-up QR code to the staff at the G-EIGHT on-site “Merch Shop”. Items can be collected after verification. The receipt has already been issued by ibon at the time of purchase.

   2. T-Shirt redemption is available only after entering the venue. Early collection is not available. If collection by a representative is required, an authorization letter and the representative’s ID must be presented for verification at the time of pick-up.

    

4. Please check the condition of the item carefully upon collection. If there are any issues, notify the on-site staff immediately for assistance. Once the collection is completed and you leave the venue, it will be deemed that you have confirmed the item’s condition, and no exchanges or returns will be accepted thereafter.

5. If the item is not collected during the exhibition, the organizer will arrange delivery after the event. A uniform shipping fee of NT$100 will be applied (limited to Taiwan).

2. Upon purchasing the Lifetime Pass – ‘‘DADDY!”, the organizer will provide one One-Day Pass for your first entry. After collecting the Lifetime Pass, you may use it for unlimited entry throughout the exhibition period.

3. Pick-up Instructions:

   1. During the exhibition, please present your ticket for entry and proceed to the G-EIGHT on-site “Merch Shop.” Provide the staff with your order information (e.g., name, phone number, e-mail) for verification to collect your merchandise and Lifetime Pass. The invoice will be provided at the time of pickup.

   2. Items redemption is available only after entering the venue. Early collection is not available. If collection by a representative is required, an authorization letter and the representative’s ID must be presented for verification at the time of pick-up.

►“One-Day Pass” Information◄

1. The One-Day Pass will be issued in order of purchase. An invitation code for ticket redemption will be sent to your registered email address. The email subject will be: [KKTIX] Invitation Code for “2025 G-EIGHT Game Show.” Please check your inbox, and if you do not see the email, remember to check your spam folder.

2. To ensure your rights, we strongly recommend avoiding Yahoo or Hotmail email addresses, as emails may be blocked, missed, or flagged as spam.

3. If you have not received the email by 12/1(Mon) 12:00 PM, please contact KKTIX Customer Service (leu@capsuleinc.co) for assistance.

4. Each invitation code can be used to redeem one 1-Day Pass. The code cannot be reused.

5. Tickets are treated as valuable securities. Please keep them safe. Lost, damaged, destroyed, or illegible tickets will not be reissued, and you will be required to purchase a new ticket on-site.

6. Any altered, photocopied, reprinted, or scanned/duplicated tickets will be deemed invalid.

7. If the invitation code is not used before the expiration date, it will be void and cannot be exchanged for tickets, goods, or refunds.

►Refund Policy◄

• Online Ticket Purchase: KKTIX is responsible for handling ticket refunds for this event. A 10% handling fee will be deducted upon refund.

• On-site Ticket Purchase: Refunds for on-site purchases are handled by CAPSULE. A 10% handling fee will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded in cash.

• Refund requests must be made before the end of the exhibition. No refunds will be accepted after the day following the exhibition's conclusion. For electronic tickets, the time of the refund request recorded by KKTIX will be considered.

• Tickets are considered valuable securities and are for single-person use only. Please keep them safe. Lost, damaged, destroyed, or illegible tickets will be deemed invalid, and no replacement or refund will be provided.

► Entry Guidelines◄

1. Entry Time: From December 12 to December 14, 2025, entry opens daily at 11:00 AM. Visitors may enter at any time during event hours. The final ticket sales and last entry time each day is 6:00 PM.

2. Ticket Regulations: Each attendee must present one valid ticket for entry. Tickets will be verified at the entrance, and re-entry on the same day is allowed with a hand stamp. Event tickets are considered valuable securities—please keep them safe. Lost, damaged, destroyed, or illegible tickets will be deemed invalid, with no replacement or refund provided.

3. Health and Safety Measures: The organizer reserves the right to adjust health and safety requirements at any time in accordance with government policies. All attendees are required to comply.

4. Animals and Vehicles: Animals and vehicles are not permitted inside the venue unless explicitly authorized by the organizer.

5. Prohibition of Political Activities: Political activities of any kind, including the use of audiovisual equipment to display political messages or the distribution of political materials, are strictly prohibited within the venue. The organizer reserves the right to remove violators from the premises.

6. Prohibited Items: Flammable, explosive, and other hazardous materials, as well as contraband, are strictly forbidden. If discovered, the organizer has the authority to remove them, and the attendee will bear all related costs and legal liabilities.

7. Dress Code: Casual and comfortable attire is recommended. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals whose attire is deemed inappropriate.

8. Rated Area Regulations: The restricted game zone is a closed-off area for individuals 18 years and above. Photography and the use of any live streaming software within this area are strictly prohibited, except for approved media and staff by the organizer.

9. Food & Beverage Notice: To ensure a pleasant exhibition experience, please eat only in designated areas and avoid consuming food with strong odors.

► Additional Guidelines◄

1. Please maintain proper order during your visit to avoid dangerous behavior such as pushing or trampling, and do not bring hazardous items into the venue.

2. The organizer is responsible only for planning the event content and game showcases. Any transactions between brands and attendees should be handled directly with the brands. The organizer will not be held liable for any disputes that may arise. 

3. Please purchase tickets only through official and authorized channels or websites. The organizer will not be responsible for any issues, including denial of entry, resulting from tickets purchased through unauthorized sources.

4. In the event of cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, refund procedures will be announced separately. Please refer to the official G-EIGHT website or the official Facebook page for updates. 

5. By purchasing a ticket and entering the event, attendees consent to the organizer capturing their likeness within the venue and authorize its use for event-related promotional purposes across digital media, websites, and social networks. 

6. By purchasing a ticket, attendees also agree that the organizer may use their personal information (such as name, phone number, and email address) to send information about G-EIGHT events or for other marketing purposes.
